Easy Peasy Pie

Line a pie tin with one sheet of pastry and pre bake (blind) for about 10mins in a 190C oven.

While that's happening, slice onion and saute until just tender.

Put aside and brown the two minces together.  When just cooked add the mashed potato (I like to use the frozen stuff to save time), the onion and the crushed up oxo cube.

Season with salt and pepper.

Mix all together and put into the pie base in the tin.

Cover with other bit of pastry, poke some holes in the top and bake for about 25 mins.  Cover with grated cheese and put back in for 10 mins.

Cut, cover with sauce and eat.

If you can't find the right amount of mince in the supermarket then just use 500grams of each.  Makes it extra man-ly!!!
