Blue Cheese and Bacon Tart
Sautee the onion and garlic in butter over a low - medium heat. Slice and pre-cook the chosen vegetables.
Roll the pastry and lay it out in your tart tin.
Place all the vegetables in the ncooked pie shell. Crumble the blue cheese over the vegetables.
Throw the bacon bits over the top of the cheese. Beat the eggs and cream together, and pour over the whole lot. Brush the pastry edges with milk.
Bake in a moderate 180degC oven until golden.Allow about half an hour.
Tip: You don't have to use these veges ... try whatever is on hand in the fridge and it'll be fine. And don't go heavy handed with the blue cheese or you won't be able to taste anything else.
