Warm Spinach Dip

1.    Slice top off one cobb loaf (like a lid) and pull out insides of bread.  Careful not to put a hole in the side as this is going to be used as your bowl for the dip.  Chop up the other loaf roughly and these will be used as your dippers.

2.   First add the spinach to the kitchen whiz - whiz well.

3.   Add all other ingredients to the whiz and mix well together.

4.    Pour all ingredients into cobb loaf and put the lid on top.

5.    Put on oven tray and bake in the oven for at least 40 minutes at approx 180 degrees.  Add dippers to tray after about 20 minutes as these will not take quite as long to cook (but need to be nice and crunchy).
