Tangy Butter Icing

Chop the butter into chunks and zap it for 30 seconds in the microwave. Stir in the icing sugar with a fork. You need this to get really thick and heavy.

If the 1 cup doesn't do it add more until it's hard to stir. Then add the juice to bring it back to a spreadable consitency.

Done.
