Raisin Pudding
Get the oven warmed up to 180C.
Sift flour and salt together with sugar. Rub in butter until it's all crumbly and add raisins and lemon rind. chuck in the milk. Mix to form a soft dough. Spread out evenly in a greased oven proof dish.
Make the sauce:
Put ingredients into a pot. Heat till butter melts. Spoon over pudding.
Bake for an hour, but check after 45-50 mins.
Serve it nice and hot.
