Baked Chocolate Pudding

Warm the oven to 180C.

Stick all the materials into a bowl and give them a mix. Don't worry about doing it bit by bit and folding the dry ingredients etc. Just mix the lot. Tip it all into a greased baking dish - getting every last bit out of the bowl with your trusty spatula.

For the sauce ...

Sprinkle each of these ingredients over the top of the mixture then pour 1 cup of cold water over the whole lot.

Bake 40 mins. End result is spongy cake sitting in rich sauce.

  • adding a slurp on liquid golden syrup gives this pudding a lovely caramel taste ...making it exclusive

  • Really, really bad. Made me vomit in my socks after I had finished off the whole pudding. Then to make sure it was disgusting I made another and ate it all again. Really bad. Will test again tomorrow.
