Apple Walnut Crumble
Heat oven to 170C.
Peel and chop the apples and soak them in the lemon juice
Put all the dry ingredients into a food processor and blast them for ten seconds.
Add the melted butter and blast again until the mixture is a rough crumble.
Arrange the apples in a dish (include the lemon juice)
Spread the jam over the top of the apples.
Tip the crumble on top and spread it out. (Use fingers).
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden on top.
