Whisky Cake
Melt the chocolate, coffee and butter together in a bain marie or over a very low heat so as not to hot to burn the chocolate.
Fold everything else in and bake for 40 -50 minutes in a paper lined tin don't check with a skewer to see if it is cooked if you do it will be overcooked.
The consistency is brownie like and very moreish.
Top with Whisky Sauce.
