Sour Cream Banana Cake
Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add 1 egg at a time and beat well. then chuck in the bananas.
Mix in the flour and baking soda (sieved). Then pour in the vanilla essence.
Finally fold in the sour crem.
Grease your cake tin well, pour in the mixture and bake for 45 - 50 mins.
Ice with lemon icing.
