Blueberry Muffins

Preheat oven to 200°

Combine the dry ingredients in large bowl

Get your egg, vanilla, milk and butter and mix together in separate bowl

Stir the frozen blueberries into flour mixture, then stir in milk mixture.

Place in muffin tins and splash with topping. Note: In this recipe you put the topping on BEFORE baking - not after.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Dust with cinnamon and icing sugar when they're done.

  • These are fantastic - made 12 and they didn't last a minute once they were out of the oven

  • I made these with 100g of oil instead of butter, it works well and makes them a little lighter I think. Also I found that 0.75 cups of sugar was closer to the right sweetness.

  • I still dont know what the topping is. The cinnamon and icing sugar goes on after they are baked, the topping says put on before baking

  • YUM! these muffins are delicious. The recipe made 15 and they are almost gone. Wasn't sure about the topping bit, but mixed the icing sugar and cinnamon and sifted on top before cooking. Great recipe.

  • These are awesome, simple to make, just don't overmix though. I add chocolate chips as well, Yum
