Super Easy Fruit Loaf

Put the breakfast bikkis, fruit, sugar and milk in a bowl.  Leave til the bikkis are really soggy (I usually break them up to speed up the process)

Mix in the flour and spice until well combined.  (If you find the mixture a bit wet, add a touch more flour, or vice versa with milk if too dry)

Pour into a well greased loaf tin.

Bake 180C for 1 hour, test with a skewer or sharp knife, when it comes out clean its done!

Serve with butter if you want.
