Fejoa Loaf

Preheat your oven to 180C.

Boil Fejoa's, sugar, butter & water gently for five minutes, set aside to cool.  Carefully stir in the dry ingredients and the eggs, mix only enough to combine the ingredients.

Bake in a loaf pan for 50 mins.

This is also good for use in a muffin pan.
