White Christmas

Line a sponge roll tin with baking paper.

Melt the kremelta in the microwave or over a low heat. In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients together then pour the melted Kremelta over the top. Mix well and press the whole lot into the tin.  Refrigerate until good and firm.

Slice into fingers and enjoy. (Keep in the fridge).

  • Bloody brilliant and not sickly sweet!!! Well worth the time and effort. Be great for a morning tea for people that have way too much sugar in their life!!! Be great to see if something like Stevia could be used in place of the icing sugar, but overall bloody great!!
