Weetbix Slice
Get the oven up to 180C.
Mix all dry ingredients. Pour over melted butter. Press into tin, bake for 30 minutes.
Mix icing sugar and cocoa, ice and sprinkle coconut over icing cut while warm.

A big hit with the family, so easy! - even the inlaws liked it - so it must have been good! Just one little problem ...... need to make a double batch next time at least then it might last longer!
