The Mutts Nuts Choc Brownie

Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over hot water.

Beat eggs and sugar until pale (use a beater or mixer) add vanilla essence.

Once chocolate has melted, slowly add to the eggs and sugar mix.

Sift flour over the chocolate and egg mix and fold in with a spatula.

Fold in walnuts.

Line a tray with grease-proof paper. Pre-heat oven to 160 C and bake for 25-30 minutes. Do not over cook.

The brownie should be moist inside - delicious!

  • I thought it was a bit too runny, so I added more flour, ended up with a bit of a sponge cake. Still pretty yum, but not the brownie I was craving.
