Lemon Slice
Melt butter and stir in the condensed milk.
Crush the biscuits (I like beating the crap out of them with a rolling pin. Wrap them in a tea towel first. You could also pulse them in the food processor if you're some kind of pansy, Girly-Man) and add with rind and coconut to butter mix. Mix it all through till it's good and thick.
Press the whole lot into a slice tin and refrigerate. Ice with tangy butter icing using lemon as your citrus. To give the icing extra kick stir in some lemon rind.
