Gluten Free Choc Brownie

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and make a well in the centre

Beat together the melted butter, eggs and vanilla essence and stir into the dry ingredients.

Add 1 cup of frozen berries to the mixture (frozen helps the berries keep their shape while cooking)

Press into a well greased and paper lined slice tin

Bake at 180 degrees for 15 mins.

Cool completely and then ice with rich dark chocolate icing or sprinkle icing sugar

Note:  the cooking time varies; in my old oven it takes about 40 - 45 minutes so check it regularly!!
