Fruit Slice
The oven needs to be at about 170C
Mix fruit, nuts, oats, coconut, flour and sugar.
Mix the oil and egg and golden syrup and add to the flour mixture.
Mix together then spread out on baking paper on a baking tray or ina swiss roll tin.
Press the mixture together firmly about 15 mm thick or your thumb thickness high.
Bake for 20 minutes (soft on top is ok after 22 mins).
Cut into sqaures while still hot, then leave to cool on the tray.
