Devine Slice

Base.

Put the dry ingredients into a bowl and add the melted butter.  Combine well.  Line a swiss roll tin, or grease well.
Put mixture in and flatten out evenly, I use my fingers, then flatten out with a butter knife.

Bake at 180C for 10-15 mins til light golden brown.

Topping

While base is cooking into a big bowl chop the apricots, prunes and nuts (I use scissors) and cut into 3rds.  Add the choc chips and anything else you would like to add.  (I've used sultanas, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, blanched peanuts, pecans etc.)
Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the cooked base, try to distribute evenly (its hard when you keep eating them, lol).

This is the good bit - drizzle the condensed milk over the top of fruit/nuts etc, cook for a further
15-20 mins until the condensed milk goes golden and caramelly.

Cut when cool and devour, its devine!!!
