Coconut Sultana Cookies

1. Using a whish whip the softened butter and sugar antil it's really light and airy

2. Add the condensed milk and vanilla and keep whisking

3. Tip in the flour and coconut and mix

4. Add the sultanas and fold through.

5. Roll into balls and put onto baking trays. Flatten with a fork.

6. Bake at 180C for about 12 mins. Makes about 24.

Tips: You can use a standard 12 muffin tray to cook them. Gets perfect round biscuits every time.
