Chocolate Chips
Cream together the butter and sugar and then add the condensed milk and vanilla essence.
Sift in the flour, baking powder and salt and stir it through. 
Chuck in the chocolate chips. Fold in till they're about evenly spread.
Spread some baking paper out on a baking tray. Roll the mixture in your palms into whatever sized balls you want. Flatten your balls (ha) with a floured fork.
Bake at 180 for fifteen / twenty minutes.
